WHAT I STAND FOR

Consulting services for small and medium-sized companies are my profession. A high degree of identification with the people and the company is important to me. Appreciation of the people and respect for the culture of a company are for me the basis for the development of sustainable solutions. My approach is pragmatic and characterized by internationally successful entrepreneurial activity. No prefabricated concepts or elaborate as-is analyses and no time-consuming presentations. Goal orientation, strength of action and enthusiasm are my most important success factors. For more than 30 years I have worked as a responsible manager in software IT companies.
I have carried out company transfers as a seller and a buyer. In Germany, Europe and the USA.
I founded best way consulting in 2012 and since then I have successfully passed on my experience in numerous mandates.
